1. Services
Cleaning Doody provides professional pet waste removal and outdoor sanitation services for residential and commercial customers. All services are provided based on availability within our service area. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue service if necessary for safety, compliance, or operational reasons.
2. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or through approved booking platforms. Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a service or cancellation fee.
3. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless enrolled in a recurring service plan. Accepted payment methods include debit/credit cards and other approved payment systems listed on our website. Services may be suspended for unpaid balances.
4. Access to Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the service area:

Dogs must be securely restrained indoors or away from the yard during service.

The yard must be free from hazards that could endanger workers.
Cleaning Doody is not responsible for delays or missed cleanups caused by restricted access, unsecured animals, unsafe conditions, or severe weather.
5. Safety & Service Results
Cleaning Doody follows safety and sanitation best practices. However, environmental factors such as weather conditions, yard size, waste volume, or property layout may affect service results. Services are intended for routine cleanup and sanitation — we do not guarantee complete elimination of all pet waste-related health hazards.
6. Website Use
You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes or activities that could interfere with the website’s proper functioning, compromise user security, or damage Cleaning Doody’s operations.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content including text, logos, images, designs, and graphics are the property of Cleaning Doody and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Cleaning Doody shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or services.
